If your Lustra arrives damaged, faulty, or it's the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — and you won't need to post anything back to us.

Changed your mind?

Because each order ships directly from our fulfilment centre, we're not always able to accept change-of-mind returns. If you're in the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal — simply contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll guide you through it. For any other change-of-mind situation, get in touch and we'll always do our best to find a fair solution.
