Refund policy

If your Lustra arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo — we'll send a free replacement or full refund, with no need to return the item. As orders ship directly from our fulfilment centre, change-of-mind returns are case-by-case; EU/UK customers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
